The
easiest way to launch the Microsoft Outlook application is to click with the mouse pointer on the Outlook icon on the Desktop,
Task Bar or Microsoft Office toolbar:
Microsoft Outlook is a hybrid application which can display your email, calendar, contacts (Address Book) and other information. Don't confuse Outlook with Outlook Express, which is a separate application for sending email and reading newsgroups.
To
learn more about Outlook, launch the application then click
on the Microsoft Office Assistant icon. Type "Outlook" into
the box and click search.
Email
attachments are particularly dangerous with regard to spreading computer
viruses.
Before you open any email attachment (even
if it is from someone you know) ask yourself "Do I
really want to lose all my files?"
